At Best Switching Games Ltd. we want every purchase to be a great experience. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund or replacement for Digital Products purchased on https://www.bestswitchinggames.com, how to request one, and how long the process takes. It applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of digital products

We sell digital game keys, gift card codes, and software licenses that are delivered electronically and consumed by redeeming them on a third-party Platform. Under EU/UK consumer law, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal is lost as soon as the activation key is revealed to you. This is also required by our publisher and distributor agreements.

2. Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

  • Faulty key: the activation code does not work, is reported as invalid by the Platform, or has been previously redeemed.
  • Wrong product delivered: the key you received does not match the product, edition, region, or platform shown on your Order confirmation.
  • Duplicate purchase: you accidentally ordered the same product twice within 24 hours and have not redeemed the second copy.
  • Non-delivery: your Order has not been delivered within 24 hours and our support team is unable to resolve the delay.
  • Order cancelled before delivery: you cancel an Order that has been held for manual verification and not yet released.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be granted where:

  • The key has already been redeemed, revealed in your dashboard, or shared with a third party.
  • You changed your mind after activation, completed the game, or no longer want the product.
  • You purchased a key for the wrong platform, region, or account despite that information being clearly displayed on the product page.
  • Your system does not meet the minimum specifications listed on the product page.
  • You are unable to redeem the key because of a sanction, ban, or restriction imposed on your Platform account by the publisher.
  • You request a refund more than 14 days after delivery (except where law requires otherwise).

4. Faulty key — replacement first

Our default remedy for a faulty key is an immediate replacement with a working code of the same product, edition, and region. If a replacement is unavailable within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally place a duplicate Order, contact us within 24 hours with both Order numbers. As long as the duplicate key has not been redeemed, we will refund it in full.

6. Incorrect product delivered

If the key you received is for a different product, edition, region, or platform than what you ordered, we will deliver the correct item at no extra cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please do not attempt to redeem the incorrect key.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@bestswitchinggames.com from the address on your Account, or open a ticket from your Account dashboard.
  2. Include your Order number (e.g. BSG-XXXXXXX), the product title, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. For faulty keys, attach a screenshot of the error returned by the Platform during activation.
  4. Our team will respond within 15 minutes, 24/7, and aim to resolve the case within 30 minutes.

8. Chargeback policy

We take chargebacks extremely seriously. Before disputing a transaction with your bank or card issuer, please contact our support team — almost every issue can be resolved within minutes. Initiating a chargeback for a key that has been successfully delivered, redeemed, or where a refund has already been offered constitutes a breach of our Terms and may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
  • Revocation of any delivered Digital Products.
  • Reporting to the publisher and to industry fraud databases (e.g. Ethoca, Verifi).
  • Recovery of the disputed amount plus reasonable administration fees through legal means.

9. Processing timelines

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within the following indicative timeframes:

  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 3–10 business days.
  • PayPal: instant to 24 hours.
  • Local payment methods: 1–14 business days depending on the provider.
  • Store credit (where you opt for it): instant.

If a refund has not appeared after the maximum window, please contact your bank with the transaction reference we provide; we are unable to expedite processing on the issuing bank's side.
